Venkatesh Iyer could also be said as the find of this year's IPL the explosive opener played for KKR in the second phase of the tournament and could be termed as one of the biggest reasons for the turnaround of the franchise after a horrible first phase of the tournament. he scored 370 runs in 10 games which includes 4 half centuries, the most impressive aspects of his batting was the explosiveness and ease with which he hits the sixes
Prithvi Shaw has always been an impressive opener for Delhi Capitals the most characterstic of his batting is he loves to dominate the bowler in the power play which also gives a good start to his franchise. he was not at his best in the previous season and got dropped from the side but he made a strong comeback in this year's IPL when he scored 479 runs in 15 games he was part of.
Ishan Kishan played some good knocks in the first phase of the tournament but was not able to continue his great touch in the second phase of the tournament and struggled a lot playing at number 4 but still he managed to score 241 runs in 10 games which includes only 2 fifties but that's not it the franchise tried him as an opener in couple of matches and he did'nt disappoint by playing some explendid knocks in the end.

Mohammed Siraj is the best example of what hardwork dedication could do, the siraj turnaround from one of the most expensive bowler to one of the most improved bowler. and we cannot take away the credit from his skipper Virat Kohli who always backed him up to do well. also the experience that he got from international cricket made him a gun bowler. he took 11 wickets in 15 matches but the most important aspect of his bowling was his economical spells which was his problem everytime but not this time.
